Expert Sports Physical Therapy in Holly Springs, NC
At Evolve Physical Therapy, every visit is 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — no aides, no double-booking, no generic exercise sheets. Whether you're recovering from a sports injury, dealing with chronic pain, or looking to perform at your best, we find the root cause and get you back to the activities you love. New patients: $99 first evaluation.
Tired of PT That Doesn't Actually Fix the Problem?
Most physical therapy clinics rush you through 30-minute sessions, hand you a sheet of exercises, and send you home. If you've been stuck in that cycle — still in pain, still sidelined — you're not alone.
Rushed, Assembly-Line Care
You wait 20 minutes, see your PT for 10, and spend the rest with an aide doing exercises you could find on YouTube. Your injury isn't getting better — it's just being managed.
Symptom Treatment, Not Root Cause
When clinics treat only what hurts rather than why it hurts, pain returns the moment you resume activity. You deserve a plan built around your body, your sport, and your goals.
Insurance Restrictions Limiting Your Recovery
Cookie-cutter care driven by insurance protocols means fewer sessions, less time, and less progress. Real recovery shouldn't be dictated by a coverage limit.
Why Holly Springs Athletes Choose Evolve PT
Evolve Physical Therapy was built for active people who refuse to settle for "just managing" their pain. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy spend a full 60 minutes with you every single visit — digging deep into your movement patterns, strength imbalances, and lifestyle to uncover what's really driving your symptoms. We combine hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, IASTM, and sport-specific strength training into a plan designed exclusively for you.
- 60-minute, one-on-one appointments with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — every visit, guaranteed
- Complimentary 15-minute Recovery Room session after every appointment (heat therapy, Normatec compression boots, and red light therapy)
- Out-of-network by design — superbills provided so you can seek reimbursement and we focus entirely on your recovery
"I started care with Dr. Nicole for a hip flexor tendonitis and boy did we uncover some muscle group weaknesses that you just don't notice in a standard workout. Not only did she help me recover and get out of pain, but I've taken what I learned into my daily posture, work activities and workouts!"
Getting Back to What You Love Is a 3-Step Process
Step 1: Book Your $99 Evaluation
Start with a thorough, 60-minute one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We assess your mobility, strength, movement patterns, and history to identify the true source of your pain or limitation — not just the symptoms.
Step 2: Follow Your Custom Plan of Care
We build a personalized treatment plan using hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, sport-specific exercises, and advanced modalities. Every session is designed around your goals — whether that's returning to your sport, running pain-free, or feeling strong postpartum.
Step 3: Evolve Into Your Best Self
With the right tools, the right team, and a recovery room session after every visit, you'll return to your activities with greater confidence, strength, and resilience than before. We don't just fix the problem — we help you prevent it from coming back.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before booking your first visit at Evolve Physical Therapy in Holly Springs.
Do you accept insurance?
Evolve Physical Therapy is an out-of-network, self-pay clinic — by design. This means your care is never restricted by insurance company protocols or visit limits. We provide detailed superbills after each appointment so you can submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider. Many patients with PPO plans receive partial reimbursement. Our new patient evaluation is just $99, and we offer a free 15-minute discovery call so you can learn more before committing.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit is a 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We take a thorough history, assess your mobility, strength, and movement patterns, and discuss your goals in depth. Unlike high-volume clinics, you will never be handed off to an aide — your DPT is with you the entire time. At the end of your evaluation, we build a customized plan of care and walk you through exactly what to expect. You'll also enjoy a complimentary 15-minute Recovery Room session (heat therapy, Normatec compression boots, and red light therapy) after every appointment.
Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
No referral is needed to begin sports physical therapy or pelvic floor physical therapy at Evolve. North Carolina is a direct-access state, which means you can schedule your evaluation and start treatment right away — no waiting on a physician's order. Not sure if PT is right for your situation? Book a free 15-minute discovery call with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy to get your questions answered before your first appointment.
