We don't double-book patients or pass your care off to aides. Your entire appointment is focused on you, your goals, and getting you back to doing the things you love.

Our Rates

Initial Evaluation or Initial Visit (Orthopedic, Pelvic Floor and Birth Prep) — $99 (Current New Patient Special $100 off first visit, usually $199!)

Your first visit is a comprehensive 60-minute evaluation designed to identify what's causing your symptoms, not just where you're hurting.

We'll assess your movement, strength, mobility, symptoms, and goals, then create an individualized treatment plan designed specifically for you.

Current new patients can schedule their initial evaluation for just $99.

Orthopedic/Pelvic Floor Follow-Up Visits — $189

Each 60-minute follow-up is completely one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Your treatment evolves as you progress, combining hands-on care with individualized exercise and strength progression to help you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you love.

Dry Needling Follow-Up (30-minutes) — $99

Need a focused dry needling session between your regular appointments?

Our dry needling follow-up visits provide targeted treatment to address muscle tension, trigger points, pain, and movement restrictions.

No add-on fees. No paying extra for different treatment techniques.

Your physical therapist will choose the treatments that best fit your needs and goals. Depending on your plan of care, your session may include:

Your Visit Doesn't Have to End at 60 Minutes

After your PT appointment, you're welcome to use our complimentary Recovery Room.

It's included with your visit and gives you additional time to recover and recharge with:

• Red Light Therapy
  Supports circulation and may help with recovery and inflammation.
• Normatec Compression Boots
  Dynamic compression helps promote circulation and can temporarily reduce muscle soreness and that heavy, fatigued feeling in your legs.
• Heat Therapy
  Helps relax tight muscles and provides soothing warmth after your treatment or workout.

There is no additional charge for Recovery Room access following your PT visit.

Insurance & Payment

Evolve Physical Therapy is an out-of-network physical therapy practice, which allows us to provide individualized, one-on-one care without structuring your treatment around insurance restrictions.

We accept:

• Cash

While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies depending on your individual insurance plan and out-of-network benefits.
