Dr. Amanda Brewer, PT, DPT - Founder/Owner

Dr. Amanda Brewer is the founder and owner of Evolve Physical Therapy. She is a North Carolina native. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from High Point University. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University.
Amanda played numerous sports growing up, but her passion was track and field. She was a D1 collegiate track and field athlete at High Point University. She was a sprinter, with her main event being the long jump. As a prior college athlete, Amanda understands the fundamentals of proper muscle engagement, recovering and preventing injuries, and improving overall performance. Amanda is certified in dry needling, which enhances her skills for optimal recovery. She also has experience in vestibular rehabilitation and treating neurological diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease.
Outside of physical therapy, Amanda is a military spouse that spends time being active with her husband, daughters (Lila & Amelia) and dog (Waylon). Amanda and her husband have recently developed a passion for flying, which is their new hobby.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with honors in 2020. Her passion for pelvic health began in grad school with her final thesis on Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in Nulliparous Female Athletes. Since moving to Fuquay Varina in 2020, she has had the privilege of treating a wide range of orthopedic, sport, and pelvic health conditions. She has successfully helped athletes and health conscious individuals of all ages confidently participate in their active lifestyles without being held back by pain or pelvic floor dysfunction. With experience as both a patient and a practitioner, she has special interests in evidence-based treatments for low back and pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction during sports, preparation for childbirth, and postpartum rehabilitation. Rebecca’s athletic background includes over 10 years of strength training, college level ballet & modern dance, high school volleyball and a former state champion in basketball.
Rebecca is certified in dry needling and has completed pelvic floor physical therapy training through Herman & Wallace, Pelvic PT Rising, and has earned her pelvic specialist certification through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. A proud wife and mom, she enjoys good coffee, working out, and traveling to visit family in Puerto Rico and Florida.

Dr. Nicole is a licensed physical therapist specializing in both orthopedic rehabilitation and female pelvic health therapy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from High Point University in 2021. She is certified in Dry Needling, internal pelvic floor exams and is an ACE certified group fitness instructor.
With a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy, she has worked with patients of all ages to improve mobility, decrease pain, and return to the activities they love. Her specialized training in pelvic health allows her to support clients pre and postpartum as well as conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse and post-surgical recovery.
She provides a whole-person approach, combining evidence-based techniques with individualized care plans. Her goal is not only to treat symptoms but to uncover and address the root cause, empowering each patient with tools for long-term success.
When not in the clinic, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband (Anton) and dog (Rocky), teaching group fitness classes and trying new restaurants around the area.

Christine is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
who is passionate about helping individuals improve their health, function, and
quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care. She believes pelvic
floor physical therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience,
where patients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their healing
journey.
Christine developed a strong interest in pelvic health during her clinical education
and was drawn to the opportunity to help patients navigate often-overlooked
conditions that can significantly impact daily life. She takes a thoughtful,
individualized approach to treatment, recognizing that every patient's
experiences, goals, and challenges are unique. By combining evidence-based
treatment with a holistic perspective, she works closely with patients to reduce
symptoms, restore function, and help them achieve meaningful improvements in
their overall well-being.
To further advance her expertise in pelvic health rehabilitation, Christine has
completed specialized training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic
Rehabilitation Institute as well as coursework through the Academy of Pelvic
Health Physical Therapy of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
These advanced educational experiences have provided her with the knowledge
and clinical skills to evaluate and treat a wide range of pelvic floor conditions
using evidence-based practices.
Christine earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and her
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Gannon University in 2024. Outside of
the clinic, she enjoys reading, exercising, spending time outdoors, and continuing
to expand her knowledge within the field of pelvic health.

- Urinary Diagnoses: Stress urinary incontinence (SUI), urge incontinence, mixed incontinence, overactive bladder (OAB), and interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome (IC/PBS).
- Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP): Descent of the bladder, uterus, or rectum into the vaginal space.
- Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndromes: Vulvodynia, vaginismus, dyspareunia (painful sex), and coccydynia (tailbone pain).

Driven by an innate passion for helping others and a professional background in the
medical field, hospital administration, and HR, Becky Allen ensures every patient
receives the extraordinary, personalized support that defines Evolve Physical Therapy.
A child military dependent who lived across the country before settling in Raleigh, North
Carolina 25 years ago, Becky now calls Fuquay-Varina home with her husband, Stuart,
and their two boys. She brings a welcoming, community-first energy to the clinic, fueled
by a genuine passion for supporting every patient’s success.
Becky’s commitment to the patient journey is deeply personal; having recently
navigated an Achilles tendon rupture and repair, she knows firsthand how vital one-on-
one physical therapy is for true recovery. When she isn’t at the clinic cultivating the
patient experience, Becky is homeschooling her sons, gardening, designing
landscapes, walking, hiking, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
